Although based in the Central Florida area, JONAJIM does not have a store-front. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, pick-up or delivery is unavailable at the moment. 

JONAJIM ships to the United States & Puerto Rico. I will prepare orders for shipment in the order I have received them, and depending on the influx of orders it may take up to 3 weeks  for your box to ship. All orders ship USPS Priority with tracking included. Normally, USPS Priority parcels are delivered within 1-3 days; however, due to COVID-19 the Post Office is experiencing a greater influx of parcels which may cause delays. The USPS & Priority shipping is the safest & most affordable option for shipping glass, canned food items.

Each jar weighs about 1lb and the plastic-free & eco-friendly materials do add up, so your shipping cost will reflect this.

All sales are final & there are no returns or refunds available. If your order isn't delivered properly, is lost or damaged in transit, contact me immediately and file a claim through USPS recovery. Every box is insured but the decision is within USPS hands. I will also work with you to do what I can within my means - JONAJIM is a small-business & single-person operation.
