Our new applesauce for the 2021 season is inspired by the juicy sweetness of Huron Honeycrisp apples, freshly harvested at peak-ripeness and grown along the Great Lakes of Michigan. To balance this sweetness, I paired our Organic Hibiscus we grow from a saucy combination of sweet, floral & tart flavors, which imparts a pink hue to this sauce.

Ingredients: Huron Honeycrisp apples, distilled water, cane sugar, organic hibiscus, lemon.

Small-batch, low-sugar, vegan, pectin-free, gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free, flavor-full.
